Amy-Leigh Hickman is an English actress. she did make her television debut in the CBBC series Tracy Beaker Returns as Carmen Howle, a role that Hickman did reprise in the sequel series The Dumping Ground. After that, she made an appearance in the BBC soap opera EastEnders as Linzi Bragg, then was cast as Nasreen Paracha in the Channel 4 drama Ackley Bridge, a role for which Hickman won the Actor award for at the RTS Yorkshire Awards. In addition to that, Amy Leigh also stars in the 4th season of the Netflix drama You in 2023.

Career
In December 2008, it was revealed that Hickman had been hired in the Tracy Beaker Returns sequel to The Story of Tracy Beaker. In Tracy Beaker Returns’ successor, The Dumping Ground, Amy-Leigh played Carmen Howle once more. Ester was played by Hickman in 6 episodes of Sky One’s Strike Back in 2013. Then, in 2015, Hickman made appearances as Aisha Karim and Sara Boswell, respectively, in the BBC daily drama Doctors and Casualty.
Hickman did perform as Princess Jasmine in Swansea, Wales, in her management’s production of Aladdin in 2014. Late in 2015, Amy-Leigh co-starred with Joe Maw, who played the part of Jack in Sleeping Beauty, in another pantomime produced by her management. This time, Amy-Leigh portrayed Jill. She did, however, perform the part of Princess Briar Rose in Sleeping Beauty at the Sunderland Empire Theatre in 2016.
He did play Nasreen Paracha in the Channel 4 educational drama Ackley Bridge from 2017 to 2019. Hickman played Sia Marshall in the Netflix original series Safe in 2018.
