
Andrew Chang Biography
Andrew Chang is a popular Canadian reporter, anchor, and television journalist. Chang is well known as a co-anchor of CBC Television’s nightly flagship newscast The National. He is also the Canadian Screen Award-winning host of CBC Vancouver News at 6. In addition to that, Andrew did join CBC News in 2004 at CBC Montreal as a researcher. He was also the host chair for other network shows such as CBC Radio One’s The Current and also CBC News Now.

Chang did numerous memorable events in Montreal’s history including the resulting collapse of the Bloc Québécois, which was the 2012 election-night assassination attempt of Pauline Marois, Montreal’s 2011 federal election night special, which saw the unmatched rise of the NDP in the province. In addition to that, Chang was also the first to tell Montrealers about the assassination of mafia godfather Niccolo Rizzuto Senior.
Not so long ago he was one of the CBC’s chief staff reporters, where he did cover breaking news at both the local and network level. Still on that, he did cover the college shooting, to the collapse of the de la Concorde overpass in Laval, he also covered the Parti Québécois campaign bus during the 2008 provincial election.
