Their relationship ended by May 2018 and later in September, Miller died from an accidental drug overdose. Grande expressed grief over his death on social media and called him her “dearest friend.” In May 2018, Grande began dating actor and comedian Pete Davidson and they became engaged the next month.

They called off their engagement and ended the relationship in October 2018. So after that is when he started dating Dalton Gomez.
