In 1993 Erica did move from radio host to being a CBC Television, therefore creating and reporting on The Health Show. However, she later did return to Vancouver to become a news reporter and also the anchor for the Vancouver affiliate CBUT.
After that, she did join Marketplace as a reporter and in the end, she became the Vancouver co-host of the program in a company with Wendy Mesley in Toronto. In addition to that, later after Erica won a scholarship from the Canadian Association of Journalists, she did travel to Kenya where she did produce an award-winning documentary for The National, majoring in info about the lack of education opportunities for Kenyan girls.
Despite her being a television journalist, she still has the love of listening to the radio and can regularly be heard on The Current, hosting Vancouver’s morning show The Early Edition, and also filing for World Report.
