Howard Kurtz is an American author and journalist. He is currently the host of Fox News’s Media Buzz program, the successor to Fox News Watch. Prior to joining Fox News, Kurtz was a media writer for The Washington Post and also the former Washington bureau chief for The Daily Beast. Howard began his career working for the Record in New Jersey, then left to go to Washington D.C. to work as a reporter for syndicated columnist Jack Anderson. Later left Anderson to join The Washington Star, an afternoon paper. He has also worked at The Washington where he was employed by Bob Woodward.
CNN
Kurtz joined CNN in 1998 and he did serve as a host on a weekly CNN program Reliable Sources, a cable television program that explores the standards, performance, and also biases of the media till 2013 when he left the station.
