List played Nicole Kirby from 2009 to 2010 in the ABC drama FlashForward. She had appearances in the movie in the following episodes: Meeting Evil (2011), Shuttle (2008), and The Greatest Game Ever Played (2005).
On The CW’s The Tomorrow People, List was given the female lead role of Cara Coburn in 2013. After just one season, the show was canceled. She had recurring appearances in the CW’s The Flash and also ABC’s fleeting prime-time soap drama Blood & Oil the following year.
