Simon Thomas is an English television presenter who is currently serving as a sports presenter on Sky sports. He has previously worked on Blue Peter for 6 years. Additionally, he also presented live Premier League football on Sky Sports from the year 2016 to 2018. However, she joined Sky Sports in year 2005 in June presenting Sky Sports News alongside George Thompson this is after leaving BBC.

At first, he began working at Blue Peter when he was in for presenting the children’s program. Apparently, he got the job after applying for a job three times. During his tenure at Blue Peter, he ran in the London Marathon twice and two Great North Runs, and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and Mont Blanc. Later on, he was clear about his intention to leave Blue Peter in January 2005. Furthermore, his last live show was aired on 25 April of that year.
Additionally, he presented CBBC Proms in the Park in Hyde Park in 2001 with Matt Baker and Faye Tozer, and in 2002 with Fearne Cotton. Moreover, he also presented BBC Radio 3’s Making Tracks with Matt Baker. After leaving the BBC, he joined Sky Sports in June 2005 and presented the 15:00–19:00 shift on Sky Sports News, alongside Georgie Thompson. At the start of the 2010 to 2011 Football Season, he became the lead presenter of Sky Sports’ live Football League coverage. Thus leaving his position on Sky Sports News.
