After that, in 2013 May, former Minnesota governor Jesse Ventura brought a character assassination suit against Taya for $1.3 million. However, The lawsuit was the continuation of an original lawsuit that was filed in 2012 against Taya’s wife, over a statement made in the book American Sniper.
The film American Sniper was directed by Clint Eastwood in the year 2014 and it did base on the lives of Chris and Taya. Still, on that, Kyle was involved in the making of the film, therefore, working with the scriptwriter Jason Hall, and she was portrayed by Sienna Miller.
